Contribuer à améliorer l’utilisation des ressources marines peu ou mal exploitées par le développement de bioprocédés plus respectueux de l’environnement et des produits. Conception et validation de cascades d’opérations unitaires à faible impact environnemental permettant de maximiser la production de produits d’intérêts pour des secteurs d’application variés (de l’agriculture à la nutrition santé).
