Mes travaux se focalisent sur le transport et le dépôt de sédiments terrestres par les courants de turbidité dans l'environnement marin. Ma principale question de recherche interroge le rôle des canyons sous-marins dans la séquestration de carbone organique et donc de CO2 atmosphérique. Pour répondre à cette thématique, j'utlise des méthodes qui vont de la sédimentologie vers la géochimie organique, en passant part la géomorphologie des fonds marins et la géologie de terrain.
